Impossible to cancel contracts
I am struggling to cancel my contract since 2013. First they debited an amount that was more than double my membership fee and then it took how long to get it sorted. I have phoned the branch, phoned customer services, sent e-mails, without any response then they have the audacity to hand me over to debt collectors. I have explained my situation to them, but still get calls. They are STILL debiting my account every month......different amounts each time!!!<br> <br> So, you sign up for a 3 year contract with a monthly premium which differs each month, then the 3 yr contract turns into 5 years and they hand you over to the debt collectors....<br> <br> Seriously, how long am I still going to struggle with you....<br> <br> It is the worst gym EVER!!!!
