Impossible to cancel and poor service from their head office

I have contacted the customer care executive address regarding a complaint and cancelation. Have had no response.

Quick to take people's money and change gym schedules without notifying members, when it comes to cancelations they make it impossible to cancel!

I will Reverse the debit orders and will not be held liable for your lack of customer service. If it's legal action you want. It's what you will get. A customer line is by law provided to be responded to.

Will never recommend a just gym to anyone ever again!
