I'm very much unhappy about Planet Fitness & their attorneys Landau ! Taking advantage of vulnerable people

I am still waiting for Planet fitness & Landau to resolve this issue of wanting me to pay for something that I have cancelled long time ago. They must just fix statement by back dating stop acting like there is no cancellation email. How do I attach the statement here ?
