Im fed up

I have been struggling for months now to make these people understand that I did not have a contract with planet fitness, these people are ******* !!! I have sent countless emails to planet fitness with proof to show that their consultant who's name is Ziyaad confirmed that there is no contract as it was nullified... I am sick of being shoved from one department to another.... I will be taking this to social media as I work for a media company and I will be taking this to the ombudsman as well... I know my rights and I will exercise them
