******* WITHDRAWAL OF FUNDS

I took out a lifetime membership in 1998 at planet fitness. In terms of this membership, my monthly membership will be fixed at R 89.00 pm. However, Planet fitness have debited my account WITH R 447.00 without authorisation since January 2014. I have tried to get the branch to rectify this, the national call centre how many times without any success. The response is that the matter is with the national sales manager!! No one will make contact to solve the problem!!!. This practice is TOTALLY ******* AND UNACCEPTABLE!!<br> <br> PAUL VAN ZYL
