I gave months notice to cancel my membership that was paid monthly by debit order to my credit card. In spite of this, on 1/11/2019 an amount of R149.00 was deducted from my credit card account. When I complained I was told it will be refunded if I provide my bank details (by p**************.). But they already had my credit card details. Nobody said whay it was deducted. Eventually the money was refunded on 13/12/2019. Planet fitness CEO/Account should look into this matter.
