I'll-treated by plannet fitness just gym

I'm a member of planet fitness I changed a debit date and they went on to debit on a wrong date it bounced back and they told me I must wait for the next debit date I went to the gym they did not allow me to gym they said I must wait till the next debit date. To my surprise now they are debbiting for two months including the one they did not allow me to gym. I feel like they do not care about us all they want is money.
