I wish there was a minus 100 rating because that is what Planet Fitness truly deserves.

This company just wants your money and does not do what they say. But what else can I expect from a company that has **** to me from day one. First, I was told by Thapelo that I would a month's free membership. It did not happen. Then, Joy said three times that no debit order would go off in September 2021. So not true. Then I make payments in advance and send them a proof of payment and still they deduct my money from my account. Then, I get a statement from Planet Fitness stating that they owe me money... But I won't get a refund?
