The most unprofessional gym. Disclaimer: None of the current employees or manager there currently worked at the gym when I had my issue, but that is the problem.

These guys *******ly activated my contract, besides telling me they still needed forms/documents from me. Then lo and behold Covid happens 2020, and suddenly my account is active.

But guess what, the guys who activated it no longer work there and since cancelling Vitality, my R2400 annual gym account, turned into a R12000 account, because Planet ****ness decided to keep debiting my acc with a holding fee. (Apparently they get told when you cancel vitality but not reactivate it, which I did.) Even after numerous calls to people who.... You guessed it, no longer work there.

Seriously save yourself the pain, go to Virgin Active, buy weights take your dog for a walk even. All better alternatives.
