I was discriminated because of my colour of my skin

It was the day of my job interview. I decided to start at Planet Fitness for training thereafter driving to work. Guess what, I was denied entering the gym premises because I didn’t have a tag. The guy at the reception was so rude, he said I must leave the premises with immediate effect. They held a meeting discussing about me that I was not going to allow at their gym because of the louse tag. I told this SK guy that I needed to take a bath before I travel to work for my interview. He didn’t show any remorse as if he was the owner of the gym. It’s not the 1st time I was treated like an outsider to Midland Planet Fitness. I think the manager has favorite with people not the same colour as myself. I lodged the complaint to Head Office till today no one has come to me to discuss this issue. I hate that gym with passion. I’ve been there for 5 years, never missed any payment but to get this barbaric treatment it’s a shame.
