I want my Money back and this gym contract cancelled

2 days after signing the gym contract i contacted the same person that medicated the membership and told him i don't want to go ahead with the membership. i sent countless emails asking that the contract be canceled. i had scratched out all the amounts and all the things i didn't agree with in the contract. When i called the call center i was told that a second contract was signed which i didn't sign. I've been calling and telling anyone who would listen that i want the contract cancelled. the last person i spoke to was lebogang who said she will get it sorted. fast forward 2 months my account is being debited for a gym membership which according to me and the terms and conditions of the gym contract should have been cancelled a long time ago. Ive been calling the Planet fitness company since last week to my disappointment as no one answers the phone or calls me back.
