I NEED MY REFUND!!!

I canceled my gym membership on January 3rd, having enrolled at the end of December 2023. Dineo assured me of a refund within 14 days, but after that period passed, I contacted Cleopatra on February 5th. She apologized for the delay and promised to expedite the process, but there has been no further communication since. My reference number is PFQ-67956. Despite the company's reputation, something seems to have gone awry with the process.
