i need my money to be refunded

I have logged to complaints and Planet fitness is not taking me seriously,<br> i want my money that has been debited from October 2014 to date to be reversed,<br> they have been promising that an agent will call me, up until this day i have not received a single call,<br> i want it to be resolved as soon as possible because when they debit money , they dont ask for permission, they just do it.<br> <br>
