As previously stated I am very willing to take this to court!!!<br> <br> I payed and signed a contract to keep a special offered to me open for a further 2 weeks while I made up my mind - please refer to amended notes made at the base of the contract agreement. I never returned to complete agreement and have never ask for a refund of R350 deposit, as I didn't feel it necessary. I have not stepped into a Plant Fitness since and have zero plans to. I am though going to Hello Peter to voice my options on company badgering and practices.<br> <br> This has been going on for years..... Wake up and read what I actually signed at the base of the contract and perhaps review the ethics of your sales staff. I know I'm not the only one with similar issues and perhaps your company should review the consumer act.<br> <br> Seriously I've had enough.
