i joined after they agreed on the price

i saw the add on just gym internet page which state that gym and pay R189 per month at just gym planet fitness,i went to the gym to inquire about the price and i was welcome by trevor who took me around the gym touring me,we went to sit down and he mentioned price then i asked about the price i saw on internet,he checked online and saw the same amount ive talked about,he went to tshepo and johnny they where sitting together and he mention the price to them,they agreed so that i can pay that R189,as i was in hurry i told trevor to come at work so that i sign up the contract which he did,when i went to the gym they told me that my contract will be captured on Monday as they are waiting for approval,i went back on friday to ask if the contract has been captured,i was referred to tshepo to asist me,he told me that i must not gym anymore couse he cant help me anymore and i must take my joining fee and chuf it away,couse he doesnt need my joining fee and he can pay my membership until i die,i was so shocked and felt insulted,is that how planet fitness jus gym management being trained to insult us???
