I have never received such bad service in my whole life!! - Planet Fitness - Just Gym

I have been on a black tag membership for a year. all i wanted to know is how can i go about reactivating my contract after it expired as i would like to downgrade from a black tag to the standard tag. Received a phone call stating that no payment was received since March and that i need to provide then with proof of payment. I sent all my proof to p****** on 2/07/2019 at 8:41AM, sent a follow up email at 14:30PM, another on the 3rd at 11:54AM and yet another one this morning, to date, NOT A SINGLE REPLY.... I have been referring all my friends and family o join because the service and staff was fantastic, I was surely wrong...

all a member wants is answers and they dont even have the decency to reply on an email and say that they will get back to me. I will surly not join this gym ever again.
