I cannot stand Planet Fitness unprofessional ethic

Hi,

I have been gymming with planet fitness for 6 months.

My one debit order never went off by accident 3 months ago and since then ive paif EFT's every month to fix it.

All my payments have been done. They have all been sent using the reference numbers i received and no one has bothered to help me. I keep getting legal threats and my disc suspended. I dont enjoy this treatment and i cant handle being disrespected without even giving me a courtesy call. Please. This is just not on and not fair for people who do actually pay.
