I CANCELLED MY CONTRACT WITHIN COOLING PERIOD

I joined planet fitness gym then they told me about 5 days cooling period then I went through the contract only to find out that is a 2 year contract and I might relocate before my contract end then I went to the gym before 5 days to cancel, they gave me a latter to fill with a reason why I want to cancel I did that. after some months I see a debit order from my account I went to the gym they told me my account is still active and I owe them R1800 and my account is handed over I told them I cancelled my contract then call Centre demanded a letter that I gave the club I emailed it to them yesterday I receive an email saying they cannot cancel because there is no proof that I gave the club my latter by hand but there is a signature of their agent. <br> <br> my email [Email Removed]
