I am very dissappointed with Planet fitness Ruimsig!

I am very dissappointed with Planet fitness Ruimsig! I took elevate so that my son could come with me to the Ruimsig branch - Not only is the kids zone aircon broken for two months now where my son can’t even breath in that room cause it gets so hot in there - but when he wanted to just sit by me due to the heat in that room - a lady was so rude and followed us to intimidate me and my children even in the bathroom in her personal clothing and then in her planet fitness uniform- I would like to lodge a complaint about her - as I feel that it was pure ************ and my kids are terrified and now do not even want to go back there - so what is the point of me having taken elevate? Not to mention all the broke equipment - Steam room also always has issues, no lights, no hot water. Then to be treated like that, I am so so disappoint and would please like someone to contact me to discuss this matter! Also I registered the beginning of Feb and still having tag issue at Ruimsig.. so many issues for someone who has just signed up. it’s so disheartening - I go to the Krugersdorp branch with Max and Tebogo and I feel so welcome -it’s such an amazing branch where my kids even feel like home and it’s so great! Then you get Ruimsig that complete opposite - it’s like the staff there are so rude and unwelcoming to myself and my kids. Even rude to my kids in the kids zone this woman and her friend that also works there. it’s unacceptable and I can’t believe this is how we were treated at Ruimsig! Please may someone contact me and we sort this out? I do not want to cancel from Ruimsig branch but this is not right and I will not accept it.
