I am very disappointed with your gym. I have signed a 12 months contact with Just gym Jubille Mall in Hammanskraal, to my surprise you are still taking money from my account and its been happening for 8 months now. Kindly note that i want my money for those 8 months ,i will not be taken for a ride like that. These is all because of the incompetency of your stuff not my fault . I went to the branch they couldn't assist me instead they referred me to call the customer care of which i find it so unprofessional cause i took the membership with them not with customer care.
