i am so deeply disappointed by staff of Planet Fitness Menlyn

I went to Planet fitness Menlyn yesterday as usual when i was at the reception and waiting to get inside the lady told me that there is a problem with my membership i did not pay last month. i asked if i can get inside and we resolve the matter she said No, after 15 mins of waiting, there was a guy whom he was acting as if he gonna help me. he asked me a lot of questions without helping me. He promised to call me and he never called me back. Can i please terminate my membership please
