I AM HARASSED FOR CANCELLING MY MEMBERSHIP WITH PLANET FITNESS.

I AM HARASSED FOR CANCELLING MY MEMBERSHIP WITH PLANET FITNESS. I was told the first time I cancelled my membership that it will end on the end of August. End of August come they debit my account. I call to understand why my account was debited and I am told it was supposed to have been cancelled I can reverse the debit order they will put in an urgent request to have my membership cancelled. I reverse the debit order the amount. The following day I get an SMS that there is an outstanding amount. I call to understand what outstanding amount am I owing when I am no longer a member. The lady agrees and says it is a system generated SMS they will put it off. Today I am harassed by a lady called JOSEPHINE SEMA telling me how my membership is supposed to be ending end of September I ask to speak to her manager or supervisor she tells Me NO! and screams on the phone about how I am supposed to pay 575 and does not even want to hear about what I have to say and then gives me an incorrect reference number so they cannot go and listed to HOW RUDE SHE WAS!! I AM APPALLED!!

PLEASE ASSIST ME AS I AM TIRED OF BEING HARASSED!!
