Horrific Service from Planet Fitness

So I called the customer care line to transfer my membership from Moreleta Park to the Marc in Sandton. You just get brushed off saying sorry either you Pay R440 (from R299) or we will not transfer you. No "Treat each customer at it's own merits"! Just a whatever, don't care attitude... What has happened with Keeping your clients happy! Terrible don't care!!! Must say very disappointed and will not recommend them to ANYONE! Not letting this go!
