HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM THIS PYRAMID SCHEME
After being pressured into signing a contract with planet fitness I then attempted to try the gym out i was extremely dissatisfied with the amenidies. When I tried to cancel my membership with them I was informed that I need to PAY A R3000 cancellation fee. When I contacted their customer service I spoke to 4 separate individuals and not a single person was willing to explain why I need to pay this. A special shout out to queen who performed terrible in customer service. Just to clarify if I don’t pay this my name will be given to a collection agency which is EXTREMELY UNFAIR !!!!!!!!! DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM PLANET FITNESS.
