Horrible service from Planet Fitness

<p>I joined Planet Fitness Meadowdale a few months back. During this time I have received awful and unfriendly service from the staff. I was even turned away from the club serveral times for non payment when the payments were made and payments reflected on the system. I have addressed the matter with the club manager who apologized and took full responsibility for the poor service. I requested that she cxd my membership and refund me as I haven't been making use of the facilities. She assured me that she will get this done but hasn't responded to my e-mails or even called me. Definitely the worst gym! I really just need someone to assist me with the cancelation as I want nothing to do with this place anymore!</p>
