Horrible service don't recommend planet fitness.

Horrible service at planet fitness. I have been trying to get my contract canceled since the 10 of February and had no luck everytime I phone them I am giving more information I am missing. I didn't receive my free months as mentioned if I refer a client to the gym after I have calculated the amount of money owned to planet fitness it showed that they owned me and now they are stalling the process to avoid me having to pay them. Multiple issues when it came to debit orders and their staff was not well trained.
