Horrible service , consistently !!!!

The worst customer service at the R55 branch, the staff is slow , they look and seem miserable even at the welcome desk. The lady that was helping me today and the other day pretended to not hear me when I asked for help. This is not the first time experiencing this with her or her colleagues? I think she is the manager or something, they drag their feet, pull arrogant faces, respond disrespectful, act bothered to be there ? Are you sure this people get paid ?
