Horrible service at Planet Fitness, De Waterkant

Horrible service at the De Waterkant branch in Cape Town, go in for a 5 day free try and they sign you up for a 24month contact with no way to opt out without having to pay enormous penalties. Staff and management do not care about you. I arranged a meeting with manager and went to the branch to sort out all these issues and they did even bother to show up and the staff couldn't assist me or bother to give a call back to reschedule appointment. Yet they are very persistent in collecting the outstanding fees
