call centre terrible service

*** holding on for 10 to 15 min before someone picks up , once they pick up and you provide them with your ID number they put you on hold for another 10/15min and cuts the call , this happened twice already!!!!!I'm holding on now for the 3rd time and I'm waiting 13min so far!!!!very quick to sign you up but when you want to cancel the contract no one can assist you!!!!!!!when you go the gym they tell you they cannot cancel the contract I have to phone call centre !!!!but no one answers!!!!this service is horrible!!!16min and still holding now for the 3rd time!!!!!I have also emailed **********
