horrible service and useless consultant

I am currently a member since last year around Nov, and i called customer service and i spoke to Njabulo Mahlangu who is one of the consultants for Planet fitness, i called to terminate my membership which i understand and know is before my contract ends and that was explained when i joined but but instead of Njabulo to listen to my concerns he failed to listen but insisted on me listening to him so to be honest he gave me a very bad service and no question of mine was answered by him but instead kept on blaming me for everything.
