Horrible Service.

I am so shocked about the bad service from the planet fitness' call center. I called in two months ago to change my banking details, after which they debited from my old bank account. I called in again a few days before the next debit order was suppose to go off just to make sure it was changed and then again they debited from my old bank account. Honestly such a pain to deal with and it' sad because I really love my gym!
