Horrible Service

I have been trying to cancel my account for years now, upon signing up. I was advised by the sales person that I would be able to cancel my contract when I relocate. I have been with planet fitness parklands for a few months and then had to relocate. this is the reason I had signed up in the first place. this apparently was all sales talk. I am not going to pay for a service that I have not being using. if this is not resolved I will take this issue further. I have been calm about it previously and spoke to the guys at Planet Fitness head office. i was considering joining planet fitness wanderers but if this is the service i am receiving, i will reconsider. please resolve this ASAP
