Horrible horrible service

They do not deserve a star,I’m absolutely so disgusted by how much crockery these people are .Neo the sales person gave false information regarding my contract prior to me joining .And when I queried my debit order issue he went on to lie some more .Customer service also just as unhelpful as I was sent to the gym to see the manager who completely elevated the situation.my complaint is that I was **** to instead of joining through Vitaliy ,Neo signed me up for a normal contract .The so called manager Proud in resolving this asked me to pay an activation fee immediately which was debited twice from my account twice already!what a joke!promised to email me a resolution within a few hours ,and here we are 3 days later no word from him!!People stay away from this gym a bunch of ****** !!
