Horrible exprience

worst experience ever... i signed up with planet fitness 2 months ago, the first month they debited R250 i was not aware of. i reversed the debit. weeks before my debit went off i requested for cancellations. the sales person that helped me (Thabang)he works at the rynfied branch northmead. He said he will do a conference call, the day of the call he messaged me saying i must call customer care because he has a client. i finally got through to a agent, the agent told me i have to pay a cancellation fee of R2800. IMAGINE that ****!!!!!!! i've never made use of the gym and Thabang told me cancelltions start from 1-3 months not 0-3 months.... i am so unhappy with planet fitness. if you are planning on joining a gym PLEASE stay AWAY from them. they are horrible. quick to sign you up without telling you how everything works. horrible,horrible,horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
