Horrible customer service... stay away!

Planet Fitness is driving me insane. I cancelled both my spouse's membership in November 2025. Despite this, PF continued to debit my account, sometimes with exorbitant amounts, which I then had to reverse. I have called them on several occasions, and always the same story - "we have no record of your contract cancellation." I get up to 10 sms messages per day, demanding payment for cancelled contracts.
