Horrible customer service! I signed a contract under a 3 month R199 trial, which was dishonored

Horrible customer service! I signed a contract under a 3 month R199 trial, which was dishonored. They started debiting incorrect amounts from my account. When I called, they assured me that they would sort it out. I waited- radio silence! I then called again and again until i told them to cancel. They informed me of a cancellation fee and they asked if they should run a debit order for it, or if I will make a manual payment. I told them i would make a manual payment. They ran the debit order anyway. The membership is cancelled and they are STILL debiting money from my account. I am appalled by the lack of customer services and *****ulent activity that happens here. Disgusting!!!
