Horrible customer service, cheat you out of money.

After cancelling my memebership I was told I have to pay another 2 months of fees after which my membership will be cancelled. After paying for another 2 months, they charged me for another month although my membership is now supposed to be cancelled. I have tried phoning them where I was put on hold for aprox. 20 min. I never got through to them, so I sent them an email which will probably never be read. Do not open a gym membership at Planet Fitness.
