Horrible customer service

You very good at marketing then ***** you after signing up.

Signed up with the craighall gym and offered 2 months free which clearly was not communicated to the accounts department was I suddenly got denied access for non payment..matter has been sitting with your call centre for month now and everytime I'm told that I need to sort out with them.

This is really frustrating, on top of that having to deal with unauthorised debit orders monthly which are addition to my monthly subscription
