Horrible customer service

<p>On Monday I called regarding cancellation of my black tag and lack of transparency from the sales team including the sales manager regarding the applicable cancellation fee.</p> <p>The sales manager was supposed to get back to me and she never did so then I called again yesterday. I was promised to be called back within 40 minutes by another sales person. It's Thursday today and I still waiting for someone to get back to me. </p>
