Horrible Customer Experience

I was denied access in the gym because I didn't have my ID with. I wanted to see the gym , services offered and maybe join. The receptionist said she can call a sales consultant to give me prices. I can't buy or sign up for something I haven't seen. Maybe it's because I'm black and I wasn't dressed up. My experience with Planet is horrible.
