Horrible and misleading

I'm am not happy with Planet fitness I was ******* into a dealer a consultant offered me. me I was told that I would only pay 299 but would pay 199 for the first 3months I accepted the offer only to be debited 399 I spoke to a few agents who wouldn't give me their names I asked them if they could please sort this out for me but still no one has called me but they have the Audacity to call me and ask me why I haven't been paying my account I stopped the debit order because I have sent an email saying that the amount you are debiting me is not what we agreed on please cancel my membership I am not happy at all.
