Horrible

<p>Planet Fitness Krugersdorp.... Horrible... been a member since they opened. First month they debited R699.00 off my account was only suppose to be R99.00. My Black tag after 4 months still does not work and the free bag you suppose to get doesn't exist. I have been dealing with an Egmont Paul's for the last 4 months If I can say service is less then pathetic.. Today I get another Debit off my account so I phone Egmont again he says to me "What have I done again" well that was me I think I almost jumped through the phone and all Egmont did was giggle. How can a new company be so pathetic... does anybody know how to remove this issue as the Head Office still hasn't received my contract and The GM of Planet Fitness Krugersdorp had resigned.</p>
