**********ly Rude treatment was experienced from the MOD this evening (Sunday,18th October @ 7PM). <br> <br> The manager on duty switched the lights off in the change-room @ precisely 7pm leaving everyone fumbling around in the pitch dark trying to work out their combination locks as to get their clothing out of the lockers, i personally slipped on the floor and have seriously injured my hip!!<br> <br> The most disgusting treatment i have ever encountered in the service industry, as not only did the manager think it was funny that i had slipped she did not even try to apologies and actually back chatted me, causing an unbelievable drama performance in the shopping centre with the nearby restaurant patrons who were all in shock !!!<br> I will be forwarding any medical bills to Planet Fitness for payment, that is guaranteed !
