**********, maintenance, customer service and the constant stench of marijuana.

I've been attending the Planet Fitness in Parklands for 3 months, mostly around weekends, on my sister's membership with the intention of signing up. But the experience has been **********.

1. Maintenance is dismal. Soap dispensers always empty or just missing. The pool either looks unmaintained with algae on the rims or it has too much chemicals added. To the point where I start coughing and my eyes burn. With babies in that pool and people without swimming caps.

2. Horrible customer service. Staff at front desk, spend half the time eating, on their phones or playing while I have to wait for service. When I eventually do get service some of the staff are utterly intoxicated, smelling of Marijuana.

1. Staff obviously intoxicated. On weekends the staff at front desk and especially the pool area reeks of marijuana. During my recent visits it has been especially unacceptable. Staff exiting a room near the pool reeking of marijuana. As well as that area. The entrance as well. Some of the staff clearly intoxicated while providing horrible customer service. Me having to wait while they eat in the corner at the front desk. On my recent visit, Friday evening, one of the staff was half passed out on the floor behind the front desk, again reeking of marijuana and eyes bloodshot while eating like an animal on the floor. Other staff standing there unfazed.

On other occasions, I encountered staff smoking marijuana behind the gym. Recently they're smoking inside the gym as the place is filled with the stench on weekends.

On weekends the place is a horrible mess, management obviously not concerned with the decaying state of the gym. I would not recommend anyone joining.
