Honestly should not keep customers bound to a contract especially with these unpredictable times with all the viruses going on 🙄😠

Although it is a great gym, they are very inconsiderate regarding canceling especially when it was covid times. I requested a cancelation because I got COVID and I had not been feeling well after that for a while. They want a cancelation fee or for you to pay for the next four months even though you're no longer going to the gym due to illness. Then they keep harassing you for payment when you don't pay. But when they're supposed to refund you for double debit your account they don't.
