Hidden agenda

<p>Good Day,<br />I have taken out a two year contract with Planet fitness on a basis of R299 for the first year and R399 for the second year.<br />1st November 2016 is the start of the second year of my contract. My payment has gone up by more than the contract amount to R438 instead of R399.</p> <p>The consultant at the client contact centre indicates to me that there is a 10% increase year on year hence my contract is now higher than signed on. Is this legal as it was not disclosed to me and apparently makes up part of the contract.<br />I feel cheated as I was not made aware of this and was sold on the fixed values per year of R299 for year 1 and R399 for year 2.</p> <p>regards <br />Sayin Narasimulu<br /> ********** 813</p>
