Harassment from Planet Fitness

After receiving numerous phone calls from planet Fitness about "outstanding payments", which my husband actually paid & because I don't work or earn a salary, he is the person listed as the payer for the account. They have all his contact details and I have also given it to them each time they phoned me. On Wednesday a lady phoned me again and as I started explaining everything all over again she said it's my problem because it's my account eventhough he is listed & signed for the responsibility... Seems she decided to cancel my contract with planet Fitness because I now have to pay almost R4000.00 and all this while receiving an sms daily since Wednesday as a reminder to pay... Seems they like to harass people! Seems I like to contact the ombudsman, because you are allowed 1 phone call and 1 sms a month... I also notice Planet fitness doesn't respond on HelloPeter...
