Harassment and unprofessional

They are not a bank - they first harassed me with phone calls and e-mails now it is my husband. I told them exactly what the problem is. I cannot afford it anymore try to explain they are not a bank. They must understand that for some of us it is difficult times now.

They are so nonhuman tell me they are going to put my name on ITC and a lot of ****.
