Harassment and disgust

Good day. I keep receiving emails from Saya recovery with reference 1..0..2..0..7..1...3...2...7. Every time I receive emails they keep saying I owe more and more. It's now R14000. I sent in a cancelation of my contracts long ago to planet fitness...my records will show I never entered the gym every since. I know my rights as a consumer. I did not take anything from you guys for free. I paid for the months I used the gym...I never stepped foot in the gym since my cancelation email was sent. To Date I keep getting harassed by Saya recovery....for what???? I will not pay my hard earned money for nothing!!!!! Leave me alone....what type of company are you guys running....a ponzi scheme?????
