Handed over to lawyers

I am so disgusted by Planet Fitness's behavior more in fact Ben from the Rosebank, he sold us a dual membership in which he said myself and my husband can gym at a discounted rate, when my husband goes to the gym he was getting countless issues with entering because they said he is a guest, but how when I activated a dual membership. Ben misinformed us and then I told him I wanted the contract to be null and void, I sent an email to Rosebank and nothing was done. I then called Head office and was guaranteed it would be rectified on reference number PF690846, but now I get a call that I owe you. I will not pay a cent for a service I was dissatisfied with and missold to me. I will make sure I tarnish your name everywhere especially my friend and colleagues who I wanted to join you. PF hires unhonest people and want money for niks, I want this rectified as in yesterday.
